1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at thecalibratedlife.com and purchasing our digital products you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Digital Goods

The Calibrated Life sells digital products including but not limited to The 12-Week Calibration guide, The Beginner's Treadmill Starter Guide, and associated digital resources. All products are delivered electronically via email and digital download. No physical products are shipped.

Upon purchase you will receive access to your digital product via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your inbox including any spam or junk folders for delivery.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our digital products — including but not limited to written content, training protocols, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, logos, and the brand name The Calibrated Life — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Calibrated Life and its owner.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our products or website content without our express written permission. Our products are licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling our digital products in any form is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Once a digital product has been delivered it cannot be returned.

However we stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product please contact us at hello@thecalibratedlife.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will be disputed and may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.

Distance running and endurance training are strenuous physical activities that carry inherent risks including but not limited to cardiovascular strain, musculoskeletal injury, and in rare cases serious medical events.

Before beginning The 12-Week Calibration or any fitness program you should:

Consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider, particularly if you have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, joint or bone conditions, or any other medical condition that may be affected by vigorous physical activity
Disclose all current medications to your healthcare provider before beginning a new fitness program
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, extreme shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptoms during training

The training protocols, nutritional guidance, and recovery recommendations within our products are based on the personal experience of The Calibrated Life's founder and general principles of endurance training. Individual results will vary based on age, fitness level, genetics, consistency, diet, sleep, and other factors. No specific outcome, race completion time, weight loss, or fitness achievement is guaranteed.

By purchasing and using our products you acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your physical safety and wellbeing during participation in any training activity.

6. Affiliate Links Disclosure

Our digital products and website contain affiliate links, primarily through the Amazon Associates Program. When you click these links and make a qualifying purchase we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. We only recommend products we have personally used and genuinely believe will benefit our customers.
