My Story
I Never Considered Myself a Runner
Not even close.
I was the guy who showed up to a 5k fun run for the free beer at the end. I lifted weights. I hiked. I did anything outdoors, really — but running? Running was something other people did. People with a certain build. A certain metabolism. A certain natural gift I was pretty sure I hadn't been given.
I didn't build The 12-Week Calibration for elite athletes.
I built it for the person who looked at a finish line and thought that's not for someone like me. For the one who has tried before and stopped — not because they were weak, but because nothing they tried ever spoke to who they actually were. For the person who is quietly, stubbornly tired of being comfortable with okay.
This isn't a program that sells you a perfect body or a podium finish. It won't show you a before-and-after of someone who doesn't look like you. It won't promise you results you don't earn.
What it will do is give you a system. A precise, intentional, battle-tested system built by someone who had every reason to quit and didn't.
